Parent Coaching
Everywhere I go, parents ask me how I started cooking with my son George, 9, who has autism. I share our story and many resources for parents in The Kitchen Classroom, but many parents also appreciate hands-on coaching to get started cooking with their kids. I also help families transition to a gluten-free and/or dairy-free diet.
Kitchen Coaching can help you:
- Identify the ideal recipes for your child's developmental level
- Set up a safe working space in your home to start cooking with your children
- Practice a recipe with support and de-brief after about your cooking experience
- Create weekly menus to support your family's well-being
- Do a Kitchen Makeover to fill your pantry, fridge and freeze with the ingredients, supplies and snacks to support your family's well-being
- Plan a budget-friendly shopping list
Through Skype, I can coach with families anywhere in the world. Schedule your free 30-minute coaching session today! Just drop me an email to gabrielle@kitchenclassroom4kids.com with the subject "free session."
Kitchen Coaching can be a one-time session or monthly packages are available.
PS: Parents...have you seen my new ebook ABC Fruits & Veggies 4 Me? It features a culinary tour through the alphabet featuring 45 gluten and dairy free kid-friendly recipes designed to get even the pickiest eater trying healthy treats.
